SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want our customers to have a comfortable shopping experience. We also understand that our products are being sold under conditions where our customer doesn't have the benefit of handling our products before making a purchase decision. Therefore, if unsatisfied with any of our handmade or jewelry kit products, please return them according to our return guidelines, for a refund or exchange equal to the purchase price of the product.

Return Policy:

30 Day Return Policy:

Kits and Finished products purchased from Beadsphere may be returned within 30 days for exchange or refund; please contact Beadsphere to inform us of the intent to return a product before return. Also, include original packaging and all original contents, including instructions and accessories.

Unopened bead-kits and beads may be returned for refund or exchange. Opened kits are not returnable. These are shipped in clear packaging to enable verifying color and contents. When returning items, shipping charges will be applied. Opened packages containing finished products, findings, and beads are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Items returned with missing components or materials cannot be refunded or exchanged and may be returned to the customer.

All products are packaged so items can be viewed through the clear package after opening the shipping container.

Multiple or successive returns of opened materials must fall within 30 days of the originating purchase date.

Please contact beadsphere.com prior to returning an item; please read the satisfaction guarantee for details about returning a product. Items returned without return approval may not be given a refund or credit.

Repairs (what to do if your jewelry is damaged during wearing it):

If your jewelry is damaged while wearing it; please contact us for help on the repair process. Usually, you can repair your jewelry with a little help. If you want to return the item for repair, a charge will apply depending upon the piece needing repair, including shipping and handling. Please contact Beadsphere.com for an estimate.
