- Bead Kits (free shipping applies).
- Finished Jewelry (free shipping applies).
- Bead and Supplies Orders over $50 (free shipping applies).
Note: We apologize that we are not able to offer free shipping on international orders. Free shipping applies only to the US; including AK and HI. We have shipped for free, internationally, in the past, but have found an increasing need to upgrade packaging and shipping to be more secure against theft. For international orders, please visit the below tips on customs and security.

Packaging:

Your shipment is safe and secure. Beadsphere.com handles every order carefully and packages your items to be free from damage, securely sealed, and neat when it arrives. On domestic shipments, look for the Beadsphere.com logo on your package. Internationally, shipments will be made using a fairly plain and official looking package. Please let us know if you have any special packaging requirements.

Shipping Speed:

Beadsphere.com takes pride in fast order turn-around. Typical shipments leave our site within one business day and arrive at their destination within roughly three business days, depending upon location. Rapid shipment and order processing is one of our highest customer satisfaction priorities. Some delays in ordering do occur when we need to back-order items or if shipments are delayed by the carrier service. When an order contains a product on back-order, we notify the customer by e-mail.

Shipping Dates, Duration: Typically 3 days; up to 5 days.

Shipping Time for free or USPS basic service:

- Typical arrival within 3 to 5 business days.
- Allow 5 to 10 business days, depending upon carrier delays.

For orders requiring immediate or priority shipment, please choose a 2-day or express delivery method. In any case when a delivery date is needed or if special delivery and handling is required, please just let us know.

Delivery to PO Boxes: Typically, the USPS is the only carrier that can deliver to a PO box. We currently do not offer any priority methods that ship to a PO box.

Shipping Methods:

Beadsphere.com also offers a variety of shipping methods. Beadsphere customers are allowed to choose which service they may prefer for their delivery region. Please choose the method that best suits your location. On orders totaling less than $50 that do not include a bead kit or finished jewelry, shipping charges are as follows:

USPS Priority Mail - $5.00 - Generally takes 2-3 business days to deliver. Has no tracking number and no insurance

USPS Express Mail - $24.00 - Next day delivery (even on Sunday) for most locations. Please check availability in your area. Shipments are tracked and Insured.

UPS Ground - $8.00 - Home and business delivery.

UPS 2nd day air - $10.60 - Home and business delivery, tracking included, 2 business day shipping.

UPS Next Day - $18.15 – UPS region home and business delivery, tracking included. Next business day shipping.

Fedex Home Delivery $8.26 – All US customers; 1–5 business days; Monday through Saturday.

Fedex 2nd day - $12.23 - Most US customers (region dependent), 2 business days; Monday through Friday; Tracked.

Fedex Priority - $21.28 – Overnight Delivery, Most US customers, Tracked.

All shipping costs are registered next to the shipping method at checkout.

Shipment tracking: Tracking is applied automatically to express and second day delivery methods. Confirmation is placed on most orders, including USPS orders. Shipment tracking on international orders varies, please check with the provider of choice.

Shipping Region and International Orders:

Beadsphere.com ships internationally. International order shipping delays can be lengthy, requiring up to two to four weeks. Typical delays include customs; in fact, if a package is lost or delayed, it can often be found at the local customs office. Beadsphere.com is not responsible for customs duties and charges and does meet basic customs declaration requirements. If the customer mails us with packing requests and helpful instructions, we are happy to package shipments that are more “Customs Friendly.” If you know of customs idiosyncrasies that will make your order more difficult or easier, please let us know. Beadsphere.com will ship beads and findings in less commercial and more official looking packaging internationally as this appears to help the process. We will place an external and clearly marked customs declaration form on the outside of the package, when possible.

Shipping internationally is also being done in packaging to look less commercial. It is our experience that this reduces problems with theft. We will generally insure and track your package whenever possible.

Return Shipping:

All returns require pre-approval from Beadsphere.com. Please review our return policy. Beadsphere.com will pay for return shipping at Beadsphere’s discretion for order fulfillment and shipping errors only. Please contact us in advance when you wish to make a return and please visit our customer service page for more details.

Notes on free shipping:

Beadsphere.com has free shipping on all bead kits. We also offer free shipping on all orders over $50, including beads, beading supplies, and bead findings. Free shipping does include finished beaded jewelry, as well. Free shipping does not apply to international orders.
